Cancellation Policy

Reservations must be cancelled two weeks prior to the Reservation start date to receive a refund. Reservations cancelled less than 2 weeks prior to the Reservation start date forfeit all payment rendered.
All cancellations for online reservations forfeit any fees charged for online transaction fees.
Beaver Creek Park reserves the right to cancel reservations in cases of natural disasters; flooding, fire, etc. If your reservation has been cancelled because of these circumstances, a refund for your Campground reservation will be issued (excludes online transaction fees.).
Campground Reservations are taken for the current year only. The Office will start taking reservations on the first work day of the year, typically January 2nd.

Reservations for the Beaver Lodge – Camp Kiwanis can be made up to 2 years in advance by contacting the Park Office.

Reservations for the Chapel are taken for the current year only, and must be made by contacting the Park Office.
